POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Creative Industries to own technical architecture, platform scalability, and engineering execution across video-centric media, live broadcast infrastructures, and content-driven production ecosystems.

You will design and lead systems that support rich video workflows, live streaming pipelines, media network operations, control-room integrations, and end-to-end content distribution—bridging software platforms with production hardware environments.

This includes architecting solutions for:

• Live streaming platforms
• Media network infrastructure
• Broadcast control room integrations
• Video encoding and processing systems
• Hardware–software interoperability in media environments

You will set technical standards, guide engineers, and accelerate delivery through AI-augmented development, intelligent automation, and scalable cloud-native infrastructure.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for video-driven media platforms and broadcast ecosystems

• Lead technical decision-making across live streaming pipelines, encoding systems, and media distribution layers

• Architect integrations between software platforms and broadcast hardware environments (switchers, encoders, media servers, control systems)

• Translate creative, production, and network requirements into reliable technical systems

• Collaborate closely with creative teams, broadcast operators, product managers, and infrastructure engineers

• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices across media-heavy systems

• Use AI-assisted tools to optimize video processing, real-time content workflows, and distribution efficiency

• Anticipate performance, bandwidth, latency, and infrastructure cost challenges in live environments

• Ensure platform reliability, low-latency delivery, and long-term maintainability across both cloud and on-premise setups

SKILLS

Strong experience designing and leading scalable video-centric or media-heavy systems

• Deep understanding of live streaming architectures, video encoding/decoding pipelines, and content distribution networks

• Experience with broadcast infrastructure concepts and control room environments

• Familiarity with hardware–software integration in media production systems

• Understanding of cloud-based video delivery and hybrid on-prem/cloud architectures

• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment under latency and bandwidth constraints

• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve media processing, automation, and creative workflows

• Strong communication skills to align technology with creative, operational, and business goals
