Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented marketing research analyst to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business strategies. This role is essential for driving our company’s marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions to enhance market position and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Analyze data using statistical software to develop actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings and recommendations. Communicate these insights clearly to team members and senior management.
  • Survey Design and Analysis: Develop and implement surveys to collect market data. Analyze survey data to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Ability to design qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, including content creators and campaign managers, to integrate market insights into marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in market research or a similar role (3 to 5 years are preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and influence decision-making.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
