Experience with Cisco IM and Presence.Familiar with Cisco Contact Center Express
Familiar with SIP, RTP, and other VoIP protocols.Experience with Cisco Network (at least CCNA level)
Familiar with Linux (LPIC1)
Fluent in English
At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them
Be self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn and promote him/her self
