Job Description
Gepido is an integrated enterprise collaboration platform that includes modules such as messenger, video conference, enterprise social network, teamwork tools (Sheet, Doc, Drive), artificial intelligence assistant, project management, process and knowledge management.
We are on a fast growing path and we are looking for someone who can build, lead and mature our HR structure.
The mission of this role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the architect of organizational culture and the growth of the Gepido team.
We need a person who has a strategic vision in attracting and retaining employees and who can implement HR processes with an executive and agile approach.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing human resource structure based on team growth
Planning and implementation of recruitment process (from need to boarding)
Working closely with technical and product managers to define roles and job descriptions
Design and implementation of performance evaluation system (KPI / OKR)
Management of training and individual and organizational development
Defining career path for team members
Designing and institutionalizing Gepido's organizational culture
Optimization of compensation processes (salaries, bonuses, benefits)
Implementation of disciplinary policies, internal communication and employee satisfaction
Support senior management in organizational decisions and development of team structure
Required skills and experience
At least 3 years of experience in managing or supervising human resources (preferably in technology companies or startups)
Full familiarity with recruitment, training, performance evaluation and employee motivation processes
Mastery of human resource management tools (Notion, Excel, Trello, or HRM software)
Ability to formulate internal policies and regulations in simple and practical language
High skill in effective communication, active listening and conflict resolution
Understanding the technology environment and culture of agile organizations
