Job Description

- Prepare and analyze monthly regional reports regarding sales progress and performance. - Generate benchmark/goals for retail physical/all trade promotional planning including seasonal sales, annual sales and potential calculating ROI. - Prepare & Forecast sales for each distributor based on different criteria such as sales per capita and coverage for more accurate sales target. - Coordinate in sales estimation of sales and operations planning process. - Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity. - Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas. - Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under-productive departments. - Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis.

Requirements

- At least a bachelor degree in Management or Industrial Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in related fields (especially in food industries). - Fluent in English. - Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software.
