Job Description

- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls - Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail. - Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands. - Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings - Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and visa services - Organizing events and conferences - Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines - Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence - Managing databases and filing systems - Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients - Collating and filing expenses - Guest & visitor receipt

Requirements

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering - Max. 3 years working experience - Computer literacy - Good speaking and written communication skills - Professional discretion and trustworthiness - Flexibility and adaptability - Well-developed time management skills - Organizational and interpersonal skills and well presented - Kind, humble, organized, efficient, team player, fast learner and self-motivated - The ability to be proactive and take the initiative - Female
