Job Description
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
- Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and visa services
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Guest & visitor receipt
