Qualifying conditions:
At least a bachelor's degree in human resource management, management, psychology or related fields
At least 5 years of work experience with the job title of human resources management
Full familiarity with labor law, insurance and labor relations regulations
Experience working in production or industrial complexes (preferably factory)
Team management, problem solving and decision making ability in an operational environment
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees and managers
