Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment and manage employee relations
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Design and implement training and development programs to address employee skills needs
- Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive
- Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment and employee development
- Critical thinking and excellent leadership capabilities
- Effective verbal reasoning and communication skills
