Description of duties:
Management of all administrative and personnel matters
Mastery of insurance matters, contracts and labor laws
Payroll and compensation process management
Designing and implementing the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process
Planning and implementation of development, maintenance and employee performance evaluation policies
Welfare and incentive affairs management
Developing and implementing human resource strategies in line with the organization's goals
Qualifying conditions:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a managerial position)
Complete mastery of labor laws, insurance and salary tax
Full familiarity with payroll systems
Mastery of system solutions software
Team leadership ability and strong communication skills
Analytical and strategic approach in human resource management
