As a Human Resources Manager at Bozorgan Foroosh, you play a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategy and managing recruitment activities in Tehran. You ensure compliance with human resources principles and enhance performance management systems to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment and culture within the organization.
- Assess training needs and implement training programs to develop employee skills.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and systems.
- Strong verbal reasoning and reading comprehension abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Sociology.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
