• Establish, explore and determine sales locations in territory
• Establish sales goals and develop/maintain regional sales plan
• Report on customer and competitor trends
• Become an expert in Monta products and industry
• Train dealers in product knowledge and effective sales techniques
• Serve as a liaison between dealers and the corporate office
• Organize regional training and motivational incentives
• Ensure sales team compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures
• Attend to all customer issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Manage regional and localized advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements
• Over 3 years of professional experience in sales management
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
• Proficient utilizing office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, . .)
• A mentoring leadership style that builds strong teams
• A strong work ethic and energetic style
• Familiar with education industry and online business
