Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other technical fields.
● Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
● Familiarity with polymer products.
● Excellent ability for planning, developing, and implementing operations strategies and business plans.
● Ability to find solutions and proactively solve problems.
