Objective of the role: Behshahr Industries Development Company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager in Tehran. This role is key to leading and overseeing internal audit activities and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.

List of responsibilities: - Planning and conducting periodic internal audits
- Assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and controls
- Identifying risks and providing solutions to mitigate them
- Preparing accurate and understandable audit reports for management
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to improve processes
- Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations by various departments.
Reporting to: CEO, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee.
Subordinates: Internal audit personnel.
Length of Probation Period: : 3-Month.
Working hours: : Company office hours.
Travel requirements: : It is necessary in some cases..
Gross Monthly Base Salary: : Approximately 45 to 55 million Tomans .
