Job Description

● Create and build a market through finding new prospects and retaining existing clientele by demonstrating excellent customer service. ● Contact and follow up with the customers on daily basis, by calling and or other contacting medium. ● Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract. ● Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales. ● Resolve the problems that customer may face, and prepare documents to support him/her on the shipment or releasing his/her goods purchased from our company. ● Follow up on the payments from customers. ● Report to the managing director and the sales manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields or an MBA graduate. ● Good knowledge of MS Office may be an asset. ● At least 3 years of foreign sales experience. ● Negotiation and sales skills. ● Tidy, punctual, result-oriented, a good negotiator, a team player, excellent communication skills, and ability to convince customers with different world cultures. ● Fluency in English, Arabic, or French.
