Job Description:

*Measure campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
*Research industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
*Analyze and interpret data from digital channels (website, social media, email, PPC)
*Utilize A/B testing to optimize content, design, and overall performance
*Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders
*Support strategy development by delivering insights on competitors, performance, and user behavior

Requirements:

*Proficiency in Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL, and A/B testing tools
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
*High level of accuracy and ability to work with detailed data
*Integrity, strategic thinking, problem-solving capability, leadership, and adaptability
*Knowledge of Brand Positioning
*Familiarity with PPC, SEA, SMA, SMM
*Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify)
*Understanding of UX/UI and SEO principles
*3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments
