Job Description

-Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality -Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff -Stop production if serious product defects are present -Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency -Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors -Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures -Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends -Participate in the development of product specifications -Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control. -Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points -Monitoring the health and quality of food materials and products -Monitoring the technical and hygienic conditions of the production hall -Active presence during production and packaging hours in the factory -Timely notification to renew manufacturing licenses -Apply the supervision in accordance with the rules of the Food and Drug Administration to ensure compliance with the methods used and equipment used in the production and control of the product so that the product produced in terms of safety, nature and quality with the relevant rules and regulations And comply with legal requirements -

Requirements

-Evaluate quality of materials or products -Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities -Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities -Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioning -Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholders -Communicate organizational policies and procedures -Conduct employee training programs -Prepare operational progress or status reports -Develop specifications for new products or processes -Maintain knowledge of current developments in area of expertise
