Job Description

The purpose of the job: As Planned Maintenance Team Leader, you are responsible for Safe and OTIF execution of all planned maintenance work and administration thereof and to ensure segregation between planned and unplanned work to assure that breakdowns are solved while planned maintenance work is continued. Responsibilities: - Supervises and coordinates all planned work in execution and if required co-executes/helps/supports. - Leads/manages the preventive maintenance execution team of the zone technicians. Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team. - Ensures and coordinates proper handover between operations and maintenance for all planned maintenance jobs + handles/manages all communication and coordination between the execution team and operations during execution of the (planned) work. - Establishes/sets up/organizes weekly/monthly/annual maintenance routines (CILT, PM days, PM tasks, Overhauls). - Ensures 5S implementation for the work preparation room and site wide lubrication management.
