Job Description
Full time after sales expert in our workshop in Tehran-Karaj, Lashkari Expy. Maintain knowledge of the company equipment about their technical and functional characteristics. Conduct a field failure analysis of broken and defective components. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Provide hydraulic technical assistance to clients and perform field installation, troubleshooting and repair cranes. Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management. Interact with clients about the equipment functioning and note down their reviews. Establish and maintain customer relationships and negotiate with customers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic engineering. Well experienced in construction and mining machineries (such as cranes, excavators, loaders, etc.) Knowledge of hydraulic issues in heavy machineries. Knowledge of electrical issues in heavy machineries. Ability to work well under pressure and strong computer knowledge. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Must be highly detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skill. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays with no limitation on travelling. Ideal age range: 30-45 Male
