The Role


The Role


• Coordinating the process of defining WBS, PMS and detailed schedule of the project
• Facilitating the definition of guidelines and parameters required between functional units
• Monitoring the progress of project and reporting in order to improve the project management
• Supervising the progression of subcontractors and reporting to ensure that deadlines are met appropriately
• Controlling the subcontractors invoices
• Assessing project issues, conducting problem analysis, co-developing and recommending relevant solutions to meet the requirements
• Supervision of preparing monthly invoices
• Preparing reports of project-delays
• Participating in management meetings and presenting related reports

**The successful candidate will be employed by NOTASH Company which is a subsidiary company to Farab

Requirements


Requirements


• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Project Management
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in oil, gas and petrochemical projects with 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong administrative and managerial skills
• Mastery in project control software's (Primavera, MS Project)
• Full familiarity with construction projects
• Functional skills for implementing critical project management concepts such as EVM, project schedule, risk analysis, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving capabilities
• Gender Preference: Male
