Job Description

We need a traffic and operations specialist to handle air, sea, and overland shipments in a freight forwarder company.

Roles:

• Correspond with agents, customers, and cooperate with sales experts.
• Handle customer inquiries and quotations.
• Update sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status.
• Prepare necessary or requested reports for management.
• Manage and monitor export and import procedures and all related matters.
