Requirements
● At least a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Sociology.
● At least ten years of work experience.
● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
● Familiar with the recruitment and hiring process and the implementation of job interview techniques and human resource retention.
● Familiar with the laws of the Ministry of Labor, employment, labor and insurance laws.
● Familiar with employment tests and how to use them.
● Familiarity with various models of organizational culture.
● Sociable.
