Job Description

● Designing long-term and short-term plans for the sales unit. ● Realizing the organization's sales goals. ● Holding sales meetings and evaluating the performance of the sales team. ● Providing analysis of sales, and customers and providing relevant analytical reports. ● Analyzing sales personnel reports to identify potential customers and plan to convert them into actual customers. ● Sales unit budget planning and management. ● Supervising sales contracts. ● Managing human resources of the relevant unit (planning, coaching, training, development, motivation, etc.).

Requirements

● Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine, DBA, or Pharmacy. ● At least fifteen years of work experience in sales or marketing of veterinary or human medicines; at least seven years of sales or marketing management experience in the veterinary or human pharmaceutical industry. ● Power of persuasion and problem-solving. ● Negotiation skills. ● Systems thinking skills.
