● Designing long-term and short-term plans for the sales unit.
● Realizing the organization's sales goals.
● Holding sales meetings and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
● Providing analysis of sales, and customers and providing relevant analytical reports.
● Analyzing sales personnel reports to identify potential customers and plan to convert them into actual customers.
● Sales unit budget planning and management.
● Supervising sales contracts.
● Managing human resources of the relevant unit (planning, coaching, training, development, motivation, etc.).
