Job Description

Sales and Marketing Expert (Chemical and Polymer Raw Materials):

Follow up on sales from beginning to end.
Issue sales invoices.
Issue sales documents and track customers' payments.
Record customers' information.
Check and analyze current market conditions and competitor's market share information.
Attend exhibitions.
Market analysis.
Find new ways to attract customers.
Plan and do sales negotiations, and develop the market.
Follow up to solve customer complaints by registering problems, and suggesting solutions to customers.
Prepare reports and submit them to the management.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good knowledge of CRM.
ICDL certificate.
Relevant work experience.
Regular and accurate.
Teamwork spirit.
Responsible.
Excellent communication skills.
Interested in learning.
