Job Description
Digikala Group is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join its Human Resources team as a "Payroll and Admin Senior Specialist." The selected candidate will be responsible for handling payroll-related matters for Digikala Group employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing calculations and processing employee payroll
Managing the recording and updating of personnel and financial information
Preparing financial and statistical reports related to compensation and benefits
Following up on employee insurance and tax matters
Closely collaborating with the Human Resources team to resolve issues and respond to employee requests
Performing other assigned payroll-related duties
Requirements and Skills:
At least 4 years of work experience in payroll and compensation accounting
Proficiency in accounting systems and relevant software
Familiarity with tax and insurance regulations
Ability to work with accounting software and Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
