● Monitor personnel attendance and address the related issues.
● Process the overtime, mission, and leave requests.
● Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
● Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information in the database.
● Assist in the recruitment procedure.
● Keep personnel records updated.
● Assist in data analysis and preparing reports.
● Prepare personnel monthly work report.
Requirements
● Fluent in the process of recruiting and socializing with new employees.
● Fluent in analyzing organizational jobs and compiling job descriptions.
● Familiar with the implementation of performance appraisal and optimization systems.
● Mastery of Labor and Social Security Law.
● At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
● Experienced in recruitment process.
● Familiar with training, performance management, and job analysis principles and tools.
● Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.).
● Creative.
● Having teamwork skills.
