● Research and evaluate suppliers and negotiation with them.
● Source for finding new sources and development of supply chain.
● Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
● Prepare purchase orders and place orders for suppliers.
● Handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents and logistics.
● Gather necessary documents from related companies for registration in NTSW.
● Prepare documents for an import license.
● Be up to date on current laws, regulations and anticipate changes if required in working areas (such as import and custom affairs).
● Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply for critical items.
● Be in contact with logistics companies and manage logistics.
● Negotiate with potential suppliers for getting the best prices.
● Analyze the market situation.
Requirements
● Fluent in English and excellent oral or written communication skills.
● Experienced in foreign commerce.
● Fluent in MS Office, Photoshop, Outlook, and Internet.
● Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of procurement.
● Talented at negotiation, bargaining prices, and networking.
● Self-disciplined, diligent, teamwork.
● Flexibility in working hours and availability during holidays.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management is a plus.
