Main responsibilities:
● Respond to users both in person and by phone.
● Contact customers to collect claims.
● Provide daily status reports and customer feedback.
● Reporting to the Receivables Officer.
● Probation period: 1 Month.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:45 am to 5 pm.
● Travel requirements: No at this moment.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
● Public relations, team-oriented, friendly behavior.
