Job Description

At Agah we are looking for an HR manager to identify and support HR-related needs and demands for one of our subsidiary companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, implement, and control staff-related internal policies and regulations.
  • Supervise recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Provide statistical reports of administrative processes, human resources, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy.
  • Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
  • Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Provide solutions to increase the efficiency and motivation of the organization's employees.
  • Manage internal communication and employee relation.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or HRBP roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • Familiar with organizational process design related to the field of human resources.
  • Familiarity with mentoring skills and establishing effective communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in training and development processes.
