Job Description
At Agah we are looking for an HR manager to identify and support HR-related needs and demands for one of our subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, update, implement, and control staff-related internal policies and regulations.
- Supervise recruitment and hiring processes.
- Provide statistical reports of administrative processes, human resources, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy.
- Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
- Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Provide solutions to increase the efficiency and motivation of the organization's employees.
- Manage internal communication and employee relation.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
