Position responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Fully understands the business requirements including markets, potential and current customers, deliverable services and competitors. - Meets departmental and personal sale targets. - Develops, maintains, and improves relationships with current and potential customers to cultivate new selling opportunities (quantity and market share). - Prepares, documents and updates customer information bank. - Monitors the customers’ preferences continuously. - Co-ordinates with other departments in order to maximize customer satisfaction. - In charge of all communications with customers via direct contact, telephone and written correspondence (email, Letter, Faxes, etc.). - Develops ideas and participates in sales events. - Work as a team member with other sale experts.
