Job Description

- Provide written reports to the CEO - Develop an annual sales plan based on the policies of the organization - Achieving sales goals in the target market - Periodic visits to the covered areas - Effective communication with factory manager, planning manager and marketing manager - Addressing customer dissatisfaction and resolving the above issues in the field of sales - Improving the quality of customer orientation - Implementation of sales activities of the organization's products and services - Develop sales price strategies and determine price plans and discount rates - Supervise vendors, distributors and operating methods to ensure business performance efficiency - Supervise regional and local sales managers and their employees - Collecting and analyzing sales reports and statistics - Determining sales goals in relation to the growth of the organization and the presence of competitors - Analyzing the financial aspects of manufactured products to determine the profitability of sales - Planning, training and performance appraisal of subordinate employees as well as developing and controlling sales and service plans - Monitoring customer orders and tracking claims
