Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or similar fields.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and IT tools is highly preferred.
- Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
