The position:

As a P&O Associate, you will:

Support HR manager with the implementation of HR programs and ensure an efficient and effective organization, including hiring, onboarding and offboarding, change agility, and compliance.
Support the HR manager for general employee management, employee database, onboarding, and off-boarding of both FTE (full-time equivalent) and non-FTE employees.
Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement.
Perform payroll, contracts, and social security administration tasks.
Coordinate absence management, including sick, annual, and maternity leave, to ensure compliance and provide accurate working date/exit date reports to the HR manager.
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing visitors from/to LMT for all visas, transportation, accommodation, etc.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or similar fields.
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and IT tools is highly preferred.
Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
