The position:

As a P&O Associate, you will:

  • Support HR manager with the implementation of HR programs and ensure an efficient and effective organization, including hiring, onboarding and offboarding, change agility, and compliance.
  • Support the HR manager for general employee management, employee database, onboarding, and off-boarding of both FTE (full-time equivalent) and non-FTE employees.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform payroll, contracts, and social security administration tasks.
  • Coordinate absence management, including sick, annual, and maternity leave, to ensure compliance and provide accurate working date/exit date reports to the HR manager.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing visitors from/to LMT for all visas, transportation, accommodation, etc.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or similar fields.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and IT tools is highly preferred.
  • Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
