-Cooperate with procurement and engineering departments to collect information needed
-Preparing and drafting purchasing contracts
- Preparing and reviewing of purchasing files, reports and price lists
- Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Preparing contract drafts and follow with management to get approvals.
- Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
- Getting price lists from suppliers
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of experience as a commercial expert or in purchasing and or procurement field
- Familiar with commercial, payment and shipping terms
- Being flexible, social
- Self-disciplined, diligent and team work skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday
- Female, Ideal Age range: 25 - 30
