At least an Associate's degree (preferably a Bachelor's degree) in Human Capital Management, Organizational Administration, or other majors.
At least 2 years of progressive experience in human resources; 1+ years of experience specialized in talent acquisition operations (sourcing-to-onboarding lifecycle).
Prioritize individuals with candidates who have industry experience.
Smooth language expression ability.
Proficient in Human Capital Management Systems, Organizational Administration Protocols, Labor Law & Contract Law Compliance Frameworks.
Practical experience in human resources recruitment and the ability to execute tasks effectively.
Familiar with structured interviews, semi-structured interviews, situational interviews, etc., in recruitment work.
High-performance work ethic with analytical rigor and stress adaptability.
