Job Description
- Design, update, implement, and control staff-related internal policies and regulations.
- Supervise recruitment and hiring processes.
- Provide statistical reports of administrative processes, human resources, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy.
- Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
- Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Provide solutions to increase the efficiency and motivation of the organization's employees.
- Manage internal communication and employee relation.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles or HRBP roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
- Familiar with organizational process design related to the field of human resources.
- Familiarity with mentoring skills and establishing effective communication.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in training and development processes.
- Age between 35 and 45 old.
