Job Description

  • Source and hire technology professionals to fill technical positions.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating programs and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers.
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
  • Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are suitable for open positions.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Proficient in recruitment software (ATS).
  • Practical experience with various selection processes (eg CV screening, interviews).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Fluent in English.
