Key Responsibilities Analyzing hiring needs and preparing job descriptions Active sourcing and headhunting of qualified candidates Screening résumés and conducting phone/in-person interviews Conducting structured, competency-based interviews (CBI) Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up on feedback Supporting offer preparation and managing the end-to-end hiring process Preparing recruitment reports and contributing to process improvement
Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment methods Proficiency in active sourcing/headhunting Familiarity with competency-based interviewing (CBI) Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with managers High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition Experience hiring for specialized and managerial roles Proficiency in working with ATS platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn
