Abba Darou Teb Company (Nature’s Only Brand) is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. If you are passionate about identifying top talent and managing the full recruitment cycle, we would be glad to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective recruitment and hiring strategies
• Conduct professional interviews, evaluate candidates’ technical competencies, review backgrounds, and assess job fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to extending job offers
• Monitor and report key recruitment KPIs
• Organize Assessment Centers and apply relevant psychometric tests
• Prepare daily and annual recruitment reports
• Prepare and maintain hiring process documentation
• Analyze vendor performance, hiring costs, and time-to-hire, and provide improvement recommendations
• Continuously track industry trends and apply best recruitment practices
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with SSO and diverse sourcing methods
• Strong communication, networking, and professional interaction skills
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
