Requirements
● At least 10 years of relevant experience in this field; 5 years of managerial experience.
● A highly focused, proactive, results-orientated, team player, and self-driven person.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Solid problem-solving abilities.
● At least a Master's degree in HRM, or an MBA graduate.
● Mastery of various human resources systems such as recruitment and employment, service compensation, performance management, and training and development.
● Mastery of labor and social security laws.
● Familiar with the topics of organizational behavior and industrial and organizational psychology.
● Familiar with human resources accounting and budgeting principles.
● Familiar with ERP.
