Job Description

● Establish effective communication with individuals and units of the organization to strengthen the spirit of cooperation. ● Review, develop, and implement human and administrative resources processes. ● Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with business strategy. ● Human resources planning to anticipate the organization's need for necessary expertise in the long run. ● Annual budgeting of the human resources unit to determine the relevant costs and their management. ● Optimize the workspace to create a favorable work environment and increase adhesion in the organization. ● Manage the process of recruiting and hiring employees, socializing, and leaving the organization. ● Implement a service compensation system to retain qualified personnel and achieve top talent in the labor market. ● Implement a performance management system to ensure employee productivity. ● Implement the education and development system in accordance with the organization's strategy. ● Implement labor laws and compile regulations and instructions, as well as manage administrative processes to establish order in the organization.

Requirements

● At least 10 years of relevant experience in this field; 5 years of managerial experience. ● A highly focused, proactive, results-orientated, team player, and self-driven person. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Solid problem-solving abilities. ● At least a Master's degree in HRM, or an MBA graduate. ● Mastery of various human resources systems such as recruitment and employment, service compensation, performance management, and training and development. ● Mastery of labor and social security laws. ● Familiar with the topics of organizational behavior and industrial and organizational psychology. ● Familiar with human resources accounting and budgeting principles. ● Familiar with ERP.
