Responsibilities
• Design and implement recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes
• Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and performance systems
• Design organizational structure and career development paths
• Plan and manage internal training programs in collaboration with Radin Crypto
• Develop and oversee performance appraisal and incentive systems
• Enhance company culture and employee engagement
• Prepare HR analytics reports and KPIs for management
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in startups or tech environments)
• Strong understanding of HRBP principles, labor law, and talent development
• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRM tools
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and continuous learning attitude
