Adlan Logistics, a trucking company operating within the Arsen Group, is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist different teams with routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily office activities
- Archive and maintain physical and digital documents
- Follow up on payments and settlements with drivers
- Prepare, print, and file documents and reports
- Support operations, finance, and management teams with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure office supplies and basic administrative needs are available
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Basic understanding of logistics or trucking operations is an advantage
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support different teams
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, printing/scanning)
- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Basic English knowledge is a plus
