Job Description

• Work with the sales teams to understand customers’ technical requirements, provide customers with technical support, and promote the sale of Maadiran's products. • Design project standard operating procedures (SOP) for customers. • Travel to customer meetings to explain the benefits of Maadiran's products to potential customers and demonstrate how the products are better than competitors’ products. • Provide product introductions to customers regarding new Maadiran's products that explain the products’ technical features, customizations, and general requirements for optimal use, as well as how the products provide solutions to customers’ problems or issues. • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. • Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages. • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. • Create sales or service contracts for products or services. • Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment. • Research and identify potential customers for products or services. • Reporting to sales manager. • Combining pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)


• BS in engineering (MBA is a plus) • Understanding the principles of sales and engineering • At least 2years of related experience in visual surveillance industry. • Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level • Having good negotiation skills • Motivated and energetic • Strong public relation and communication skills • Good knowledge of MS. Office (other engineering software is a plus)
