Job Description

- Develop and Identify new clients, relationships, targets and partners - Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients - Analyze the market’s potential to determines the value of prospective client’s value and Increase the quantity of sales - Great cooperation with marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives - Understanding the client’s needs to identify unique sales opportunities - Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending - Developing client relationships with current and new Easy Communication’s clients - Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to develop sales growth - Communicating with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner - Follow up with existing clients on their requirements - Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices and payments - Develop and maintain customers' database - Handle outdoor sales activities - Prepare the monthly / weekly related report to management

Requirements

- BA/Master in one of Electrical, Telecom, Business or Computer fields - 5+ years’ work experience in sales & marketing management and familiar with new methods of Sales - Leadership abilities, sales and negotiation skills and collecting data statistics; e.g. ability to work with CRM. - Have an experience in B2C & B2B environment - Strategic thinker who can focus on the big opportunities and who will dig in to make it happen - Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting and selling products; this includes marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. - Computer skills: Microsoft office, (Word, Excel, Outlook) Analytical software associated with sales - Excellent Team Work, Communication and Negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Creative and Reliable - Hardworking, Goal and Detail Oriented - Having good persuading skill, Self-motivated and coaching skills - Good supervisory, planning and execution skills.
