Personal Assistant to the CEO (High-Level Executive Support)
Location: Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a high-caliber Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing high-priority tasks, communication, and strategic coordination across multiple international technology and business initiatives. This role requires excellent English, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — clear, confident, and professional
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to think ahead, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Professional presence, maturity, and reliability
Familiarity with digital productivity tools (Google Workspace, Telegram, Notion, Slack, etc.)
Experience in a tech, startup, or business environment is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule, priorities, and workflow
Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups, and cross-team communication
Draft and refine emails, documents, briefs, and internal reports in fluent, professional English
Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Prepare concise summaries, meeting notes, and decision points
Assist with travel planning, documentation, and high-level logistical support
Serve as the CEO’s primary point of coordination with internal departments and external partners
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
