Join Hamko, a dynamic company in the Consumer Goods - FMCG industry based in Tehran, established in 2011. We seek an Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations, support executive functions, and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office activities and administrative tasks
- Manage schedules and appointments to optimize time management
- Facilitate communication within the office and with external partners
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel and Word
- Support executives in logistical and operational functions
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Education: Other Subject/No University Education
