Job Description

Description of duties:
Follow-up and implementation of matters related to the administrative unit and human resources.
Follow-up and implementation of corporate car insurance policies.
Making the necessary arrangements for sending and receiving the organization's postal items and monitoring and following up on their timely delivery.
Carrying out internal and external administrative correspondence.
Communicating with the Chinese managers of the organization and dealing with matters related to Chinese nationals.
Coordination of meetings of the administrative director.
Carrying out other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
Proficient in English.
Complete knowledge of English, especially Excel.
Having the spirit of teamwork, responsibility, accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Persistent, patient and regular.
Has strong public relations and communication skills.
