Job Description


Duties:
• Attending management meetings in the absence of the CEO and representing him in interaction with senior managers.
• Pursuing, monitoring and monitoring goals, plans and managers' approvals.
• Coordination between organizational units to implement decisions and plans.
• Managing the CEO's work calendar (meetings, appointments, trips).
• Coordination and planning of internal and external meetings.
• Answering and managing calls and inquiries related to the CEO.
• Management of documents and sensitive information.

Qualifying conditions:
• Have relevant education (management, planning, industrial engineering or similar fields).
• Proficiency in English.
• Getting to know the principles of planning, prioritization and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with organizational processes and administrative structures.
• Ability to follow up continuously and result oriented.
• Ability to analyze, track and report accurately.
• Strong organizational interaction and communication skills and the ability to effectively attend official meetings.
• Regular, responsible and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
