Job Description

Educational design and planning and compilation of the academic calendar of the academy
Full implementation of the training process including needs assessment, planning, conducting courses and evaluating effectiveness
Cooperation in managing and updating courses and educational content
Working with learning management systems (LMS) and training and development management systems (TMS)
Selection, evaluation and coordination with professors and teachers
Analyzing data and preparing analytical reports of course performance
Documenting, maintaining and archiving all educational documents
Required competencies and skills
Getting to know the principles of learning, educational needs assessment and teaching methods
Skills of planning, organizing and implementing educational processes
Strong communication skills, effective interaction and adherence to professional ethics
Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training and return on training investment (ROI)
Relative mastery of digital tools and educational technologies
Accuracy, accountability and reporting ability
