● Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent. ● Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements. ● Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage and ensure a positive candidate experience. ● Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. ● Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment. ● Prepare daily and annual hiring and HR planning reports. ● Prepare documentation for the hiring process. ● Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements. ● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. ● Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or Psychology. ● At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry). ● Fluent in English. ● Knowledge of SSO and different recruitment methods and practices. ● Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities. ● Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
