● Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
● Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
● Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage and ensure a positive candidate experience.
● Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
● Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
● Prepare daily and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
● Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
● Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
● Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
